High-Pressure Test Benches by Application
From destructive burst tests to fatigue endurance pressure cycling. Every pressure test rig is adapted or custom-built to your specification and test standard.

Burst Pressure Testing
Custom burst test benches from 1 to 15,000 bar. Validate hoses, tubes, fittings, pressure vessels, and safety-critical components to DIN EN ISO 1402, SAE J517, and many other OEM standards.

Pressure Cycle Testing
Fatigue endurance testing with programmable trapezoid & sine pressure curves up to 6,000 bar. For automotive and e-mobility component validation, with a chiller and a climate chamber.

Leak Testing
Non-destructive tightness testing by pressure drop, vacuum, bubble test, or gas sniffer. Up to 1,050 bar for helium, hydrogen (N2/H2 95/5), and nitrogen is compatible.

Function Testing
Volume flow control, media temperature conditioning, battery simulation, and pressure testing in one rig. Purpose-built for EV cooling circuit validation to VW 80000 and BMW GS 95024-3-1.

Autofrettage Machine
Increase fatigue life of high-pressure components through controlled plastic deformation up to 15,000 bar — for common rails, pump heads, injectors, and thick-walled cylinders.
